Trade-show advertising campaigns

Make your trade-show investment work beyond the booth.

Expo Ads builds focused paid-media campaigns around trade shows—combining campaign strategy, creative, a clear response path, and reporting in one fixed scope.

When the campaign includes a hosted page, there is no website or IT project to schedule.

The stakes

A booth can only engage the people who reach it.

You have already committed budget, staff, travel, time, production, and attention to the event.

What the booth returns still depends on where it sits, how the floor moves, whether buyers recognise your name, and whether they have time to stop.

  • Be recognized before the walk-by

Reach the market while buyers are still deciding which companies and conversations are worth their time.

  • Give buyers a specific reason to stop

Promote a demonstration, launch, meeting, or product instead of the fact that you have a stand.

  • Capture interest beyond the aisle

Give people a way to respond when they never reach the booth, or reach it with no time to talk.

The booth creates the physical moment. Expo Ads gives that moment a focused campaign around it.

How it works

One connected campaign around the event.

Four steps, one team, one fixed scope. The argument, the media, the response path, and the reporting are built to work together rather than handed off between vendors.

  1. Define the argument

We agree what the market should notice about you during this event, and what you want them to do about it.

    • Objective
    • Audience
    • Offer
  2. Put it in market

We build the campaign creative and run paid media around the event window, using the show’s timing and location as inputs.

    • Campaign creative
    • Paid media included
    • Around the event window
  3. Create a focused response path

Attention goes to a destination you already trust, or to a branded campaign page built for one message and one action.

    • Your destination
    • Or a branded campaign page
    • No website project required
  4. Capture and report what happened

When the campaign includes a hosted page, form submissions are captured with their campaign context and reported alongside delivery.

    • Captured inquiries
    • Campaign context
    • One report

Launch and team

Built for event timelines, not website timelines.

Your team already has a show to prepare for. The digital side stays contained: one team, a defined scope, and a schedule confirmed before anything launches.

  1. You share the brief

The show, the audience, the offer, your brand materials, and one approver.

    • Show and audience
    • Offer
    • Brand materials
    • One approver
  2. We build the campaign

Depending on the package, Expo Ads develops the strategy, message, creative, campaign page, capture, and media setup.

    • Strategy and message
    • Creative
    • Page and media setup
  3. You approve it

You review the campaign and approve it before anything goes live. Scope, feedback rounds, and the schedule are confirmed together during kickoff.

    • Review
    • Approval
    • Confirmed schedule
  4. We launch and report

Expo Ads launches the campaign around the event window, manages the campaign setup, and reports what happened.

    • Paid media
    • Campaign delivery
    • Captured inquiries
    • Reporting

Expo Ads is the product. Rise and Rank is the team.

Expo Ads is the campaign you buy. Rise and Rank is the B2B agency behind the strategy, paid media, creative, landing pages, lead capture, development, and reporting that the campaign requires.

  • B2B paid media
  • Campaign strategy
  • Conversion-focused landing pages
  • Development
  • Lead capture

Plan with confidence

Know exactly what you are buying.

Is paid media included?

Yes. Each package is a total investment: $2,000 Focused Reach ($1,000 paid media), $3,500 Show Surround ($2,500 paid media), $5,000 Expanded Reach ($4,000 paid media).

Every package includes the same fixed $1,000 Expo Ads campaign fee. The rest is paid media, and your report shows the campaign spend and delivery.

Do you need access to our website?

No. We don’t need access to your website, CMS, or hosting environment, and there is no release schedule for your team to fit us into.

Where the campaign sends people is agreed during kickoff: your existing event page, another destination you provide, or a campaign page Expo Ads builds.

How do you reach people around a show?

Expo Ads builds the campaign around the event’s dates, location, and the relevant audience and delivery options available through the ad platform.

The goal is to concentrate attention around the event window. Expo Ads does not identify confirmed attendees and does not rely on or claim access to the show’s private attendee list.

Actual delivery depends on the available audience, media budget, platform, auction conditions, and market.

How quickly can you launch?

Production starts after a completed kickoff and receipt of the required materials.

Tell us the show and the date you need to be live. We’ll confirm whether the timing is workable, and the exact schedule, before anything is booked.

What happens to captured inquiries?

When Expo Ads hosts the campaign page, each form submission is captured with the campaign and event context attached, so you can see which campaign produced it.

During kickoff we confirm who should receive them and how the handoff should work. The campaign report includes submission activity alongside delivery.

A captured inquiry is a form submission, not a qualified lead. Qualification and follow-up stay with your sales process unless separately scoped.

Can you guarantee campaign performance?

No. No advertising partner can responsibly guarantee individual delivery, booth visits, inquiries, sales, or return on investment.

What Expo Ads guarantees is scope: a defined event-focused campaign with a clear argument, campaign creative, paid media, a response path, inquiry capture when included, and reporting — for one fixed price.

Actual delivery depends on the event, audience, media budget, platform availability, auction conditions, and market.
