For your next trade show

Your next booth shouldn’t depend on aisle traffic.

A campaign around the booth

Give your next show a wider reach and a clearer response path.

Expo Ads creates one focused campaign around the event window: the argument buyers should notice, the ads that put it in market, the page that gives them somewhere to respond, and reporting that shows what happened.

  1. Define the reason to care

Choose the product, demonstration, meeting, or commercial argument buyers should notice.

  2. Put it in market

Run event-focused Facebook and Instagram advertising around the show, using the relevant audience, timing, location, and retargeting options those platforms provide.

  3. Give interest somewhere to go

Send buyers to your existing event destination or to a focused campaign page Expo Ads builds and hosts.

  4. Capture and report activity

Track campaign delivery, visits, captured inquiries, and the context needed to interpret what happened.

Questions before your next show?

How do you reach people around a trade show?

Expo Ads builds the campaign around the event’s dates, location, and the relevant audience and delivery options available through the ad platform.

The goal is to concentrate attention around the event window. Expo Ads does not identify confirmed attendees and does not rely on or claim access to the show’s private attendee list.

Actual delivery depends on the available audience, media budget, platform, auction conditions, and market.

Do you need an attendee list?

No. The Expo Ads offer does not depend on one. We build the campaign from the event’s timing and location and the audience options the ad platforms already provide.

If you have your own opted-in audience you are entitled to use, that can be discussed during kickoff — but nothing in the standard scope requires it, and Expo Ads does not obtain or resell the show’s private attendee data.

Do you need access to our website?

No. We don’t need access to your website, CMS, or hosting environment, and there is no release schedule for your team to fit us into.

Where the campaign sends people is agreed during kickoff: your existing event page, another destination you provide, or a campaign page Expo Ads builds.

How early should we start?

As soon as you know which show is next.

How quickly a campaign can be ready depends on the package and on how fast kickoff, materials, and approvals come together. We confirm whether the timing is workable for your event before anything is committed.

Timing begins after a completed kickoff, receipt of the required materials, and timely approvals. Platform review times remain outside our control.

Is paid media included?

Yes. Each package is a total investment: $2,000 Focused Reach ($1,000 paid media), $3,500 Show Surround ($2,500 paid media), $5,000 Expanded Reach ($4,000 paid media).

Every package includes the same fixed $1,000 Expo Ads campaign fee. The rest is paid media, and your report shows the campaign spend and delivery.

Can you guarantee who sees the campaign?

No. No advertising partner can responsibly guarantee individual delivery, booth visits, inquiries, sales, or return on investment.

What Expo Ads guarantees is scope: a defined event-focused campaign with a clear argument, campaign creative, paid media, a response path, inquiry capture when included, and reporting — for one fixed price.

Actual delivery depends on the event, audience, media budget, platform availability, auction conditions, and market.

What if we do not know our next show yet?

That’s fine. Tell us what you know now. We can discuss the right campaign path once your event calendar is clearer.

Start with the next show

Make the next show work beyond the booth.

Tell us what show is next. We’ll review the event, your audience, and what you want buyers to notice, then recommend the most appropriate campaign path.

Optional. Leave blank if your calendar isn’t final.

No obligation. We’ll follow up with the best-fit next step.
